Job Description:

Responsible for doing overall planning of fabrics for Looms department in the factory and coordinating for outsourcing for fabric process with Suppliers



Responsible for analyzing the reports in SAP by using ZLP11 & ZSP11 for fabric requirements in which check previous day sales orders and MRP



Responsible for taking decisions about fabric production such as fabric production in house or Unit -2 or outsourcing



Responsible for  checking  Internal Order, Pending Report and take decisions for pending orders according to requirements



If fabric production is outsourced, then responsible for generating Purchase Order as per Specification in coordination with purchase executive and also transferring raw materials and its related materials as per the requirements



Sending emails of all details to purchase and dispatch department for transporters and purchase planning



Responsible for making work orders for looms Department



Responsible for making Purchase Order and Sales order in coordination with purchase and dispatch team for outsourcing fabric materials
