Foster Academy is looking for a passionate and committed English Language Faculty to lead our upcoming spoken English & communication skills program. This is not a fixed-salary position, but a profit-sharing partnership model – ideal for someone who wants ownership, growth, and long-term association.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular English classes (spoken, grammar, communication, etc.).
• Prepare lesson plans, materials, and activities as per Academy guidelines.
• Ensure high teaching quality and consistent attendance.
• Support in building the reputation and growth of the program.

Eligibility

• Strong command of English (spoken & written).
• Prior teaching/training experience preferred, but not compulsory.
• Commitment to exclusivity.
• Must be passionate about teaching and student success.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
