You will help our business react to changing business conditions with excellent data analysis. You will define the requirements, perform the analysis and identify patterns in large amounts of data.

How you will contribute

You will:

• Define requirements for analysis in a given business area and perform detailed analysis and identify trends defined in the requirements
• Identify patterns and help the business react to changing business conditions
• Perform root-cause analysis and interpret data
• Work with large amounts of data such as facts, figures, and mathematics/formulas and undertake analytical activities and delivers analysis outputs in accordance with customer needs and conforming to established standards
• Understand and be involved with aspects of the data science process
• As the investigator on the data science team, you will apply your knowledge of languages and pull data out of SQL databases, using Tableau/Power BI type tools, and producing basic data visualizations and reporting dashboards

• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Power BI, SQL,R, Python, SAS software, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Tableau, Google AdWords, statistical software
• Moderate knowledge in math and statistical skills, strong business acumen, moderate computer science/coding skills
• Develop key performance indicators and create visualizations of the data
• Utilize business intelligence and analytics tool

You will be part of Mondelēz biggest Analytics Team, delivering world class analytical solutions showcasing global level business impact using sophisticated tools and technologies. You will be driving Visualization and Data Processing capabilities to next level by delivering business solutions impacting business on day-to-day productivity. Build trust and credibility with different stakeholders to achieve common organizational goals and targets

• Develop & scale up global solutions under the advanced analytics and reporting Domain for Mondelez Supply Chain.
• Drive automation by performing best-in-class technology integration in Mondelez (SAP, SQL, GCP)
• Build best-in-class interactive analytics tools with a superior user experience by leveraging PowerBI /Dash, Python/JS (React)
• Develop business solutions that are scalable, automated, self-sustainable and interactive with end users
• Collaborate with external partners to deliver strategic projects on time and right the first time.
• Develop & execute a strategy to automate KPI for all existing dashboards and dataflows.
• Develop custom models/algorithms to uncover signals/patterns and trends to drive long-term business performance

• Execute the business analytics program agenda using a methodical approach that conveys to stakeholders what business analytics can deliver

• Sustain existing reports and dashboard ensuring timely update and no downtime.

Education / Certifications:

Bachelor's or master's degree, in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, Data Science

Job specific requirements:

• Excellent stakeholder management, strong business acumen good communication skills and demonstrated experience in applying analytical techniques to solve business problems with cross-functional and Global stakeholders
• Understand business challenges, collect, clean and analyze the data to identify trends and insights for the business to provide actionable insights that drives differential actions and decision making.
• Experience in Visualization Tools (Tableau/Power BI)
• Experience in Data Management and Processing Tools (Talend/Alteryx/R/Prep/SQL)
• Experience in NCLC Platforms (Power Apps)
• Experience in web app development tools and projects may be advantageous (Power BI / Dash / React / JS)
• Exposure to ML fundamentals and relevant projects may be advantageous
• Experience in using SAP may be advantageous
• Extensive experience in bringing data together from multiple sources, bringing out insights & showcase in an easy-to-understand visualization
