Underwriting:

Determine appropriate loan terms, conditions, and collateral requirements.

Prepare and present credit proposals to senior management for approval.

Monitor and manage the loan portfolio to ensure compliance with underwriting standards.

Corporate Loans:

Manage and oversee the corporate loan portfolio.

Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients.

Negotiate loan terms and conditions with corporate borrowers.

Monitor loan performance and identify potential credit issues.

Credit Policies and Financial Regulations:

Develop, implement, and maintain credit policies and procedures.

Ensure compliance with all applicable financial regulations and industry best practices.

Stay up-to-date on changes in credit regulations and industry trends.

Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with credit policies.
