  • Learn jewellery-specific calculations and product knowledge
  • Maintain adherence to company processes and quality standards

Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication and customer handling skills
  • Knowledge of jewellery category is a plus
  • Proficiency in handling chat and voice platforms
  • Sales-oriented and motivated to meet targets
  • Basic understanding of CRM or order management systems
