CANARES AUTOMATION PVT LTD is a leading manufacturer of modular aluminum pipes & fittings and conveyor systems. We are expanding rapidly and looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Executive to support our back-office operations.

Role Overview

The Data Entry Executive will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and managing company data related to stock, orders, vendors, and customer records. This role is critical in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, proper documentation, and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter and update data in ERP/Excel/Google Sheets (stock records, order tracking, dispatch details).
  • Maintain accurate records for pipe, fittings, casting, and bar stock inventories.
  • Support the sales & operations team by updating customer inquiries, order follow-up sheets, and dispatch schedules.
  • Assist in preparing reports (daily, weekly, monthly) as per management requirements.
  • Verify and cross-check data for accuracy and completeness.
  • Manage and organize digital and physical records for easy accessibility.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Production, Accounts) to ensure updated information flow.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree / Diploma in any stream (Commerce/Administration preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in data entry / office administration.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic ERP systems.
  • Typing speed and accuracy with attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple teams.
  • Familiarity with industrial product documentation is an added advantage.
