About the Role

We're looking for a highly skilled Full-Stack Developer passionate about building scalable web platforms and intelligent AI products. You'll work on cutting-edge conversational AI systems, RAG pipelines, and SaaS products across healthcare and enterprise automation. The ideal candidate combines deep knowledge of modern web frameworks with backend, DevOps, and AI integration expertise.

Key Responsibilities


• Full-Stack Development


• Build responsive, high-performance web applications using , , and TailwindCSS.


• Develop robust APIs and backend systems using Django or Flask.


• Implement authentication, RBAC, and scalable database schemas (PostgreSQL / MongoDB).


• AI & RAG Integration


• Integrate Conversational AI workflows using LLM APIs (OpenAI, Retell AI, LangChain, etc.).


• Build and deploy RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) systems using Vector Databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma).


• Connect AI agents with structured and unstructured data sources (PDFs, SQL, EMR, APIs).


• Cloud & DevOps


• Containerize applications using Docker and manage deployments on Azure / AWS.


• Set up CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and logging.


• Ensure data security, scalability, and performance optimization.


• Collaboration & Product Thinking


• Work closely with design, AI, and product teams to deliver production-ready features.


• Contribute to system architecture and technical documentation.


• Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and code audits.
