Key Functions of the MIS for DDU-GKY Project

Data Accuracy and Timeliness

Ensure that all data within the MIS is correct, reliable, and updated promptly.

Maintain consistency between field-level data and central records.

Progress Tracking

Monitor the number of beneficiaries mobilized, trained, assessed, certified, and placed under the entire DDU-GKY project.

Enable real-time progress dashboards for quick insights.

Placement Monitoring

Track the number of youth successfully placed or settled after training.

Maintain post-placement tracking for a defined period to measure outcomes.

Reporting

Generate various reports for stakeholders, including:

Category-wise certification reports

center capacity reports

Placement and retention reports

Facilitate data-driven decision-making and compliance reporting.

User Support

Provide adequate support for processes such as filling the 3rd and 4th installment claims.Offer helpdesk or technical support for users managing the MIS

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹30,818.78 per month
