What You'll Do
- Develop and iterate on machine learning models with speed and precision—we focus on practical impact, not pure research.
- Prototype new ideas, rapidly turning concepts into tangible proof-of-concepts.
- Generate synthetic data when required to accelerate model development.
- Evaluate models rigorously using appropriate metrics and testing frameworks.
- Work confidently with both deep learning and classical ML techniques.
- Build and deploy useful, innovative applications powered by LLMs, not just prompt engineering, but crafting thoughtful, effective integrations.
- Compare LLM services, identify their strengths and limitations, and build solutions that go beyond off-the-shelf implementations.
- Explore and leverage agentic systems to create powerful, autonomous AI-driven experiences.
What We're Looking For
- 1-3 years of professional experience in machine learning development.
- Strong skills in model development, deployment, and iteration.
- Experience with both deep learning and classical ML frameworks.
- Familiarity with modern LLM ecosystems, with the ability to build thoughtful, production-ready applications.
- Ability to creatively solve problems by generating synthetic data when needed.
- Deep understanding of model evaluation techniques and performance optimization.
- Experience with agentic systems is a significant plus.
