Binance Accelerator Program is a concise fixed-term program designed for Early Career Talent to have an immersive experience in the rapidly expanding Web3 space. You will be given the opportunity to experience life at Binance and understand what goes on behind the scenes of the worlds leading blockchain ecosystem. Current university students and recent graduates.

• Collect, process, and analyze large volumes of data from various sources related to the .com product ecosystem.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track key product metrics and user behaviour.
• Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional teams to identify data needs and translate business questions into analytical tasks.
• Perform ad-hoc data analysis to support product experiments, feature launches, and performance evaluations.
• Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to improve user experience, engagement, and conversion rates.
• Ensure data quality and integrity by validating data sources and analysis results.
• Communicate findings and insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Support the team in defining and tracking KPIs aligned with business goals.

• Bachelors degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, preferably in a digital product or e-commerce/web3 environment.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent.
• Familiarity with statistical analysis and A/B testing methodologies.
• Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex data insights clearly.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
