Role & responsibilities

1. Customer Interaction & Support

  • Act as the first point of contact for customers regarding queries, requests, or complaints.
  • Handle customer calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions professionally.
  • Ensure prompt responses and resolutions to customer concerns.

2. Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Understand customer needs and ensure they are addressed effectively.
  • Provide regular updates to customers on their requests, services, or projects.

3. Post-Sales Service

  • Support customers after the sale/purchase, ensuring smooth onboarding.
  • Coordinate for documentation, agreements, payments, and service delivery.
  • Assist in problem-solving and ensure customer satisfaction at all stages.

4. Database & Records

  • Maintain updated records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
  • Use CRM tools/software to track communication history.
  • Prepare reports on customer service activities and share insights with management.

5. Coordination with Internal Teams

  • Liaise with sales, operations, finance, and technical teams to resolve customer issues.
  • Communicate customer feedback and suggest improvements in service.
  • Ensure proper follow-up on customer commitments made by the company.
