Overview of Role
We are seeking a proactive and skilled
Data, Analytics & Reporting Manager to
join our team. The ideal candidate will be a data-driven Marketing Analyst, responsible for setting up and managing various analytics tools, fetching key data, and presenting/ reporting it in a clear, actionable format. This role requires the person to have very good inter-personal skills to coordinate with multiple departments/ stakeholders within the organization (Global) and is crucial for tracking ROI to help in making data-informed decisions across our business.
Responsibilities
- Tools Management:
Configure, manage, and utilize a suite of analytics tools, including (at least 50-60% of these)
Google Analytics, Google Webmasters, Semrush, Ahrefs, SimilarWeb, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Octopost, Google Looker Studio, MS CLarity, Salesforce Account Engagement, HubSpot, Salesforce CRM, Power BI,
etc MarTech Tools. - Data Analysis & Reporting:
Extract and analyze data from various sources to create comprehensive reports, charts, and graphs. You will be a master of
Excel and Google Looker Studio
, using these tools to transform raw data into a narrative that captures Return on Marketing Investments(RoMI) and drives business/ marketing strategy. - ROI Tracking:
Collaborate with our sales and delivery teams to track marketing and business-related expenditures. This will involve coordinating with sales heads and event organizers and leveraging tools like Salesforce to determine the return on investment for our initiatives. - Cross-functional Coordination:
Act as a key liaison between marketing, sales, and delivery departments to ensure data collection is accurate and reporting is aligned with business goals. - Insight Generation:
Go beyond simple reporting to identify trends, uncover insights, and provide strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Experience:
Proven experience in digital marketing analytics and tracking. - Technical Proficiency:
Strong expertise in at least 50% of the following tools: Google Analytics, Google Webmasters, Semrush, Ahrefs, SimilarWeb, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Octopost, Google Looker Studio, MS CLarity, Salesforce Account Engagement, HubSpot, Salesforce CRM, Power BI.. - Analytical Skills:
High proficiency in
Excel and Google Looker Studio
for data and visualization. - Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex data findings to both technical and non-technical audiences. - Soft Skills:
A confident personality with excellent communication skills with the ability to navigate inter-departmental collaboration and influence stakeholders.
