Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPM ARCS (Account Reconciliation Cloud Service) professional to lead and support our account reconciliation and certification processes.

The successful candidate will design, configure, and maintain ARCS solutions that streamline reconciliations, improve compliance, and enhance visibility across the close process.

This role requires a blend of technical expertise, financial acumen, and business process knowledge.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, build, and maintain Oracle ARCS configurations, including reconciliation types, formats, profiles, and match rules.

- Support and optimize monthly, quarterly, and annual account reconciliation processes.

- Develop and manage data integrations between ARCS and source systems (e.g., ERP, Data Management).

- Create and maintain reconciliation templates, workflows, and automation rules to improve efficiency and accuracy.

- Partner with Finance and Accounting teams to identify process improvements and ensure best practices in account reconciliation.

- Provide user support, troubleshooting, and system issue resolution.

- Manage user roles, security, and access controls within ARCS.

- Develop reports, dashboards, and metrics to monitor reconciliation status and compliance.

- Assist in system testing, upgrades, and patches to ensure smooth operation and adoption of new features.

- Deliver training sessions and documentation for end-users and administrators.
