This Position reports to:

Delivery Manager-Tax Operations


Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory)

In this role, you will have the opportunity to execute back office and other administrative activities within the Tax function, in line with defined strategies, policies, and procedures. Each day, you will provide support for various projects and initiatives, including project risk reviews, contract structures, etc. You will also showcase your expertise by managing and preparing supporting documentation (e.g., tax transfer pricing documentation, support for tax returns, etc.).

This role is contributing to the Tax Function in Bengaluru.

You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Supporting in the implementation of relevant standards, processes, policies, and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness of corporate tax matters in your area of responsibility.
  • Assisting in all tax accounting and reporting activities within the scope of your tax practice/area.
  • Providing support during tax audits and any other requests from tax authorities.
  • Performing Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (ICoFR) processes in the respective areas of responsibility.

Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)

  • Maintain and validate tax documentation
  • Minimum working experience in Taxes should be 5-8 years
  • Monitor changes in tax laws and assess operational impact.
  • Willing to work in shift based on requirement
