Senior Dietitian

• Conducting in-depth consultations to understand client needs, health conditions, and goals
• Providing customized diet and wellness plans based on client requirements
• Following up regularly to monitor client progress and ensure adherence to plans
• Actively engaging in lead calls and consultations to convert them into paying clients
• Educating leads about Fitelo's services and showcasing how the plans add value
• Working closely with the Sales and Operations teams for seamless onboarding
• Maintaining accurate records and tracking client performance on CRM tools
• Addressing objections and guiding clients through the decision-making process
• Upselling additional services or renewing client plans, when needed
• Participating in team training and knowledge-sharing sessions

• Excellent communication and persuasive skills with a customer-first mindset
• Ability to build trust and rapport with clients quickly
• 2 5 years of experience as a Dietician, preferably in a sales-involved role
• Strong knowledge of diet planning and medical nutrition therapy
• Experience in both clinical consultations and sales/upselling environments
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Passion for health, fitness, and transforming lives

• B.Sc/M.Sc in Food & Nutrition/Dietetics or related field
