Role & responsibilities:

Create and manage Purchase Requests (PRs) in SAP S/4 HANA.
Ensure timely and accurate PR creation as per procurement policies.
Check PR inputs for accuracy and compliance with internal policies.
Coordinate with departments (such as Admin, IT, Operations) for collecting PR requirements.
Track status of PRs and escalate delays as needed.
Maintain PR data and assist in preparing procurement MIS reports.
Support Procurement and Finance team with required documentation.
Ensure adherence to budget and procurement timelines.

Preferred candidate profile: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase Request (PR) Associate/Executive with hands-on experience in SAP S/4 HANA to manage and process purchase requisitions efficiently. The candidate will be responsible for initiating and tracking PRs, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring accurate entries in the SAP system.

Understanding of basic procurement lifecycle (PR to PO).
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Team player with an eye for detail.
