Job Title: Video Editor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling, a keen eye for visual details, and strong technical skills to bring projects to life. As a Video Editor, you will work closely with the content team, producers, and directors to craft compelling video content for a wide range of projects, including social media, marketing materials, corporate videos, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit raw footage into polished, high-quality video content according to project specifications.
• Work closely with directors, producers, and other team members to understand project goals, audience, and style.
• Ensure smooth transitions, coherent pacing, and strong narrative flow in videos.
• Select and insert music, sound effects, and graphics to enhance the viewer experience.
• Manage and organize video files, including footage, assets, and edits.
• Collaborate on the development of creative concepts for video production.
• Review and revise videos as needed based on feedback and client requirements.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, video editing tools, and software.
• Ensure all videos are optimized for different platforms (social media, websites, etc.) and meet platform-specific requirements (aspect ratios, file formats, etc.).
• Assist in creating and maintaining video templates for quick turnaround content.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.).
• Strong understanding of video formats, resolution, and compression techniques.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Creative mindset with the ability to bring fresh ideas to projects.
• Strong understanding of color grading, audio editing, and motion graphics.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively within a team.
• Knowledge of video production techniques (lighting, sound, camera operation) is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and an ability to take and implement constructive feedback.
• A portfolio or reel showcasing previous video editing work.

Education & Experience:

• A degree or certification in Film, Media Production, Graphic Design, or related field is preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in video editing, with a portfolio of completed projects.
• Experience working on both short-form and long-form video content is a plus.

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
