Job Title: Tech Quality & Test Engineer EUPS Testing & Support

Location: Hyderabad

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience Required: 5+ Years

Job Summary:

Are you detail-oriented and passionate about quality engineering? Were looking for a Tech Quality & Test Engineer to join our team and support EUPS (Enterprise User Provisioning System) testing and documentation. This role involves running complex tests on PostgreSQL databases and front-end clients, generating bespoke reports, and providing technical support to stakeholders and users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute complex test cases on EUPS PostgreSQL databases and front-end applications.
  • Document solutions at both engineering and user levels for clarity and traceability.
  • Provide technical support for EUPS back-end and front-end systems to stakeholders and users.
  • Generate custom reports based on business and operational needs.
  • Ensure high standards of quality, accuracy, and performance in all testing activities.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience writing complex SQL queries, preferably in PostgreSQL.
  • Strong understanding of relational database concepts and data integrity.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to document clearly and support users effectively.
  • Confident in speaking up and contributing to process improvements and issue resolution.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in enterprise systems testing and technical documentation.
  • Familiarity with test automation tools and reporting frameworks.
  • Exposure to Agile methodologies and collaborative development environments.
