Job Title: Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud Senior Functional Consultant

Location: Bengaluru

Function: Technology | ERP

Experience: 5+ Years (minimum one end-to-end Fusion ERP implementation)

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud Senior Functional Consultant to join Omega Healthcare's Technology team.

You will play a key role in the implementation, configuration, testing, and support of Oracle Fusion ERP modules including Financials, Procurement, and Projects.

This role demands strong functional expertise, analytical skills, and hands-on exposure to Oracle Fusion Cloud applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the design, development, and deployment of Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud applications.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements and prepare detailed functional documentation.
  • Design solutions, workflows, and reports using Oracle best practices.
  • Coordinate with System Integrators and business users for CRP and UAT sessions.
  • Lead data migration activities using FBDI templates.
  • Develop configuration workbooks, user manuals, and training content.
  • Manage post-go-live support, issue resolution, and change requests.
  • Work on custom reports, dashboards, and integrations (OTBI, BI Publisher, REST/SOAP APIs).
  • Ensure system uptime and continuous improvement of Oracle ERP applications.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud experience.
  • At least one full-cycle implementation.

  • Strong functional knowledge in modules such as:

  • Financials: GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management

  • Procurement: Purchasing, Inventory, iProcurement

  • Projects (PPM)

  • Experience with FBDI data migration, workflow configurations, and custom reports.

  • Familiarity with OTBI, BI Publisher, App Composer, and REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Good understanding of Oracle ERP data model and schema.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CA / MBA – Finance / M.Com / B.Com / B.Tech / MCA.
  • Oracle Fusion ERP Certification preferred.
  • Exposure to EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) is an added advantage.
