Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Treasury professional to join our finance team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to play a critical part in managing debt proposals, financial reporting, and lender engagement. If you have a strong analytical mindset, a solid grasp of financial modeling, and experience dealing with lenders, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Prepare and maintain daily and monthly financial data sheets.
2.Compile and report monthly data to banks, NBFCs, and other stakeholders.
3.Coordinate with lenders for fund-raising activities, due diligence, and timely response to queries.
4.Prepare Debt Proposals, Credit Appraisal Memorandums (CAM), and financial projections.
5.Monitor fund utilization and prepare MIS reports regularly.
6.Assist in periodic preparation of internal and external financial reports.
7.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (accounts, compliance, business teams) for data collation and analysis.
8.Ensure all lender compliance and covenants are met in a timely manner.
