About the Role

Auriant E-Commerce Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an Operations Manager who is highly organized, driven, and results-focused to lead our end-to-end operations. This role demands strategic oversight across product lifecycle, supply chain, marketplace management, and retail operations.

You will serve as the central link between procurement, inventory, warehouse logistics, and sales execution, directly influencing business growth, efficiency, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Product Procurement & Supplier Management

  • Manage the complete
    product procurement cycle
    with domestic and international suppliers.
  • Negotiate
    pricing, payment terms, and SLAs
    to optimize cost and supplier efficiency.
  • Maintain
    inventory control systems
    to ensure optimal stock levels and avoid stock-outs or excess inventory.

Portfolio Management & Growth

  • Drive Auriant's
    product portfolio strategy
    to meet revenue and margin goals.
  • Conduct detailed
    product surveys and market research
    to identify high-potential opportunities and assess competition.

E-commerce & Amazon Operations

  • Lead and optimize all
    Amazon FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon)
    and
    Easy Ship
    operations.
  • Oversee precise
    packing, labelling, and logistics
    to comply with Amazon's requirements.
  • Monitor
    marketplace performance metrics
    to ensure operational excellence.

Warehouse & Logistics Management

  • Manage daily
    warehouse operations
    — receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and dispatching.
  • Create and implement clear
    Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
    for fulfillment activities.
  • Oversee
    Import/Export operations
    ensuring compliance with all international trade regulations and documentation.

Offline Sales & Retail Strategy

  • Lead
    B2B pitching
    with category heads at major retailers for product placement and visibility.
  • Manage and execute
    sales operations
    for Auriant's own offline store, including inventory tracking and performance monitoring.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience in
    Operations Management
    within
    E-commerce, Retail, or FMCG
    sectors.
  • Expertise in
    Amazon Seller Central
    ,
    FBA
    , and
    Easy Ship logistics
    .
  • Strong experience in
    procurement, vendor management
    , and
    contract negotiation
    .
  • Hands-on experience in
    warehouse management
    and
    international logistics
    (Import/Export).
  • Excellent
    leadership, communication, and analytical
    skills.
  • Proficiency in
    Microsoft Office tools
    .
  • Strong
    multi-tasking and organizational
    abilities.
  • Languages:
    Fluency in
    English
    with working knowledge of
    Hindi
    and
    Malayalam
    preferred.
  • Driver's License:
    Valid driver's license required for supplier and warehouse coordination.
