Experience Required: 8 to 10 years (Real Estate / Construction industry)

Educational Qualification: Diploma / ITI in Civil / Architecture or equivalent

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Draughtsman with strong experience in Design, GFC , and Concept Design Development.

Planning in compliance with DCPR 2034 guidelines. The ideal candidate should have prior

experience in real estate projects, high-rise buildings, and large-scale developments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Scrutiny of the GFC prepared by Consultant for Architecture, Mep and Structural.
• Assist in concept planning, designing, and execution of layouts in line with DCPR 2034

regulations.

• Create presentation drawings for inhouse Concept design presentation.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and project teams.
• Support the design team in developing feasibility studies, conceptual layouts, and execution plans.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of DCPR 2034 guidelines.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software.
• Good understanding of Architectural,Structural and MEP GFC drawings .
• Attention to details in design documentation.
• Ability to work under deadlines and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Background:

• Experience in Co-ordination and Execution of real estate projects (residential, commercial, or mixed-use).
• Exposure to high-rise building Execution.
• Base Knowledge of DCPR 2034 preferred.
