We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented
Cosmetics Production Engineer
to oversee and manage the operations of our
cosmetics and ointment/cream manufacturing plant
. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise with fully automatic labelling machines, packing machines, and filling lines to ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality production output.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate, monitor, and maintain
    cosmetics, ointment/cream plant
    equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Manage and operate fully automatic
    labelling machines
    for accurate and efficient
    product labelling
    .
  • Supervise and operate packing machines and filling lines to meet production targets.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues in machines and coordinate with maintenance teams for timely resolution.
  • Maintain production logs, quality reports, and ensure compliance with GMP & safety standards.
  • Coordinate with the quality control team to ensure consistent product quality.
  • Assist in process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce downtime.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Production Engineering (or related field).
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical, cosmetics, or FMCG production lines.
  • Strong knowledge of
    cosmetics and ointment/cream manufacturing processes
    .
  • Proficiency in handling automatic labelling, packing, and filling machinery.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
