Job description

We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer with 4–8 years of hands-on experience in building, automating, and managing scalable infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in cloud platforms, automation tools, and monitoring systems, along with a problem-solving mindset and collaborative approach.

Location: Delhi/NCR (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and manage scalable, highly available, and secure infrastructure.
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to enable rapid development and deployment.
  • Automate manual processes for efficiency and reliability.
  • Collaborate with development, QA, and product teams to streamline release cycles.
  • Monitor system performance, availability, and security; proactively resolve issues.
  • Manage cloud resources (AWS / Azure / GCP) with cost optimization in mind.
  • Implement containerization and orchestration solutions (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Ensure compliance with best practices for security, backup, and disaster recovery.
  • Troubleshoot complex system issues across applications, infrastructure, and networking.
  • Contribute to documentation, process improvements, and knowledge sharing.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 4–8 years of proven experience as a DevOps Engineer.
  • Strong hands-on experience with cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Proficiency in CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or CircleCI.
  • Expertise in containerization & orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes.
  • Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools: Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation.
  • Scripting/programming skills in Python, Bash, or Shell.
  • Experience with monitoring & logging tools: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK, Splunk, or Datadog.
  • Strong understanding of Linux/Unix systems administration.
  • Familiarity with networking, load balancers, and firewalls.
  • Knowledge of security best practices and compliance frameworks.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
