Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Skin & Hair Therapeutic Nurse to support dermatologists and aesthetic practitioners in providing expert diagnosis, treatment, and patient care for skin and hair concerns. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality clinical services, manage therapeutic procedures, and educate patients on long-term skin and hair health.

Key Responsibilities

• Patient Assessment & Clinical Evaluation
• Conduct detailed skin and hair assessments, document patient history, and evaluate conditions such as acne, androgenetic alopecia, psoriasis, eczema, pigmentation, and more Career
• Assist and Perform Therapeutic Procedures

Support dermatologists in procedures like chemical peels, microdermabrasion, scalp injections (PRP), mesotherapy, microneedling, laser treatments, cryotherapy, and hair growth therapies

• Pre‑ and Post‑Treatment Care

Ensure patient safety by preparing before procedures, monitoring during them, and educating patients on post‑procedure care and home regimens in designing individualized therapeutic plans, instruct patients on skincare/haircare regimens, sun protection, and lifestyle modifications to support treatments CE Central+12.Administer topical treatments and phototherapy as directed; explain correct usage and monitor for reactions Schools+1Nursing Career Support+1.Manage and dress therapeutic scalp or skin wounds, burns, excisions, or graft sites when applicable ClearPointHCONursing CE Central.Maintain accurate and current patient records, treatment logs, and outcome tracking within the clinic's Electronic Health Record (EHR) system follow-up calls/visits to monitor progress, address concerns, and ensure compliance with treatment plans Career Support+8ClearPointHCO+8.Qualifications & Skills

• Clinical Qualification: Registered Nurse with a Bachelor's degree (BSN) or Diploma in Nursing. Additional certification in dermatology nursing is preferred but not mandatory Nursing Career

• Relevant Experience: At least 2 years in dermatology, skincare, or hair treatment settings. Familiarity with cosmetic and therapeutic dermatology procedures preferred
• Technical Skills: Competence in performing or assisting with skin and hair treatments, equipment sterilization, ethical disposal, and related lab testing procedures.
• Communication & Empathy: Strong patient counseling skills, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to educate diverse age groups.
• Professionalism & Compliance: Adherence to hygiene protocols, confidentiality (HIPAA-like standards), and ethical medical conduct.
• Collaboration & Teamwork: Ability to liaise with dermatologists, therapists, and admin staff efficiently.
