Civil Foreman

Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at the site.
• Allocate tasks to masons, carpenters, helpers, and labor teams.
• Ensure all work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Monitor progress of shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, brickwork, plaster, and finishing works.
• Check levels, measurements, and alignment before and during execution.
• Coordinate with site engineers for daily instructions and technical guidance.
• Ensure proper use of materials and minimize wastage.
• Maintain work schedules and ensure timely completion of activities.
• Ensure safety compliance and proper usage of PPE on site.
• Prepare daily progress reports and update site engineer/project manager.
• Manage labour attendance, productivity, and discipline at site.
• Inspect and verify the quality of work done by subcontractors.
• Coordinate for material requirements and follow up with procurement/store.
• Assist in resolving on-site issues and provide practical solutions.
