About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Full Stack Developer to join our development team. In this role, you'll work closely with senior developers and project managers to develop and maintain our web applications. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career developers to gain hands-on experience with both front-end and back-end technologies and grow within a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the team to develop, test, and maintain web applications, APIs, and databases.
  • Assist in the design and implementation of user interfaces using modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or ).
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code for back-end services (e.g., , Python, or Java).
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge-sharing.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging web development trends and technologies.
  • Work with databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB to manage and query data efficiently.
  • Follow best practices for software development, including version control and agile methodologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks (React, Angular, or ).
  • Familiarity with back-end programming languages , Python, Java, or PHP).
  • Knowledge of database management (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
  • Experience with version control tools, particularly Git.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
  • Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Docker, Jenkins).
  • Understanding of RESTful APIs and basic API development.
  • Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design principles.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹250, ₹500,000.00 per year
