Product Manager - Discovery & Conversion

Help pet parents find the perfect products faster

At Supertails, we're building India's most trusted pet-care platform—and we're now looking for a Product Manager focused on Discovery & Conversion to own how users find, explore, and decide what to buy.

What we're looking for?

We want someone who thinks from first principles, cares about user experience, and is excited about improving product discovery and purchase journeys through data, experimentation, and design.

You'll enjoy this role if you're:

  • A pet parent (or deeply passionate about pets) – empathy for pet parents is a must for us

  • Data-driven – you think in metrics, hypotheses, and impact

  • Analytical and curious – you love finding insights in funnels and translating them into product bets

  • Experiment-oriented – familiar with A/B testing and measuring user behavior changes

  • Collaborative – you work well with design, engineering, and business teams to create cohesive experiences

  • Comfortable with ambiguity – you thrive in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment

  • Experienced – ideally 1–2 years in product management, preferably in e-commerce, retail, or consumer tech

What you'll drive?

  • Own the Discovery Funnel – lead strategy and execution across Search, Recommendations, and Collections

  • Optimize Conversion – identify drop-offs, test hypotheses, and improve how users move from browse → cart → checkout → payment

  • Data-Backwards Thinking – define, track, and analyze key KPIs across the discovery journey to uncover optimization opportunities

  • Design Partnership – collaborate closely with UX/UI and business stakeholders to craft intuitive and delightful product discovery experiences

  • Continuous Experimentation – run experiments, test variations, and iterate based on performance insights.
