About the Company
: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Analytics Lead to spearhead our data initiatives and drive the development of scalable, enterprise-grade data solutions. This role demands a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in data engineering, architecture, and analytics—preferably with exposure to manufacturing industry use cases.

About the Role
: This role involves leading a high-performing team and collaborating with various stakeholders to develop a centralized data platform for manufacturing reporting and analytics.

Responsibilities
:

  • Lead and manage a high-performing team of Data Engineers and Data Analysts.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with business and technical teams to gather and prioritize platform ingestion and reporting requirements.
  • Drive the development of a centralized, self-service data platform tailored for manufacturing industry reporting and analytics needs.
  • Define and implement end-to-end data strategies—requirement gathering, data modeling, pipeline development, and dashboard/report creation.
  • Guide team members with mentorship and support, promoting skill development and professional growth.
  • Manage data infrastructure across cloud (Azure) and on-premise environments.
  • Stay abreast of current data technologies and trends, and champion a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
  • Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance best practices across all systems and pipelines.

Qualifications
:

  • 6+ years of experience in data engineering, architecture, and analytics leadership.
  • Proven expertise in cloud-based data platforms, especially Azure Synapse, Microsoft Fabric, and Azure Databricks.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory, PySpark, SQL, and building operationally efficient data pipelines.
  • Strong background in data modeling, ETL processes, and data architecture.
  • Proficient in developing interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
  • Demonstrated experience in building centralized data platforms, especially within manufacturing domains.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on stakeholder management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills
:

  • Experience in cloud data migration and hybrid data architecture.
  • Familiarity with data governance, lineage, and cataloging tools.
  • Certifications in Azure Data Engineering or related technologies are a plus.
