Job Responsibilities

· Educating to the visiting groups about farming and agriculture

· Identify key staff in client companies to cultivate profitable relationships

· Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively

· Experiential learning to both students and corporates about agriculture/ farming

· Looking into the maintenance and cleanliness of the farm on regular basis.

· Farm maintenance

· Safety check of the place

· Hosting clients with all activities of the D-day with experiential learning related to farming / agriculture to clients' base.

· Supervising into the work related to crops production & management, sowing, Nursery, pesticides, keeping the land /beds ready for next harvest, drip irrigation management etc required for proper harvest

· Implementation fertilizers and irrigation based on crop needs and weather condition.

· Getting the work done from the farmers and labourers, housekeeping and repairs.

· Soil Science and Fertility management.

· Record keeping of inputs, yields and expenses for planning.

Day to day administrative work related to supply of vegetables to hotels etc.

Working Hours : 8 am to 6 pm at the agriculture farm

Education Qual : B.Sc (Agriculture)

Communication : Good in English and Telugu
