We are now expanding our team and looking for a highly experienced professional to lead our design engineering function.

Position Type

Full-time, immediate hire.

Experience Required

8 to 15 years of professional experience in the automation industry, with strong expertise in electrical and control system design.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead design and development of industrial automation projects including control panels, PLC/HMI systems, SCADA integration, and instrumentation.
  • Prepare detailed electrical designs, wiring diagrams, and schematics using AutoCAD Electrical / EPLAN.
  • Select components and ensure proper integration of PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, sensors, actuators, and field devices.
  • Provide technical support during project execution including testing, FAT/SAT, and commissioning.
  • Collaborate with procurement, production, and project management teams for smooth execution.
  • Interact directly with clients to understand requirements and propose effective design solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety requirements, and best engineering practices.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers to strengthen the design team.
  • Knowledge about Motor Starters Power and Control Wiring diagram like VFD, DOL, STAR-DELTA also with bypass RDOL.
  • Knowledge about Electrical panels like PCC, MCC, VFD, PLC panels with IEC61439 Norms.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Mechatronics Engineering.
  • 8–15 years of relevant experience in automation design and engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of PLCs, HMIs, SCADA systems (Rockwell, Siemens, or similar).
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical / EPLAN for detailed design work.
  • Good understanding of industrial automation processes and equipment selection.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
