
Front Desk Receptionist

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees professionally.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and courier/document management.
- Manage attendance sheets, employee work reports, and registers (inward/outward, courier, material movement).
- Schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, and assist in travel bookings.
- Maintain visitor logs, gate pass records, and follow confidentiality & security protocols.
- Support HR/Admin in onboarding, circular distribution, and interdepartmental coordination.
- Oversee front desk upkeep, stationery inventory, and petty office requirements.
- Generate daily/weekly front desk reports and escalate pending issues.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in front office/reception/admin roles.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹8, ₹13,000.00 per month
