Knowledge Centre India (KCI)

Established in January 2005, KCI in Gurgaon, works in close collaboration with the Global offices of Egon Zehnder. There are 5 teams that make up KCI: Research, Research Operations, Visual Solutions, Projects/CV Capture and Digital IT.

We are part of Digital-IT team established 17 years ago in Gurgaon, India to provide technology support and rollout digital initiatives to 60 plus global offices. Digital IT has six key pillars – Collaboration Technology; Functional Technology; Digital Technology; Security & Architecture; Infrastructure & Services, Digital Success to support business and to take lead on digital transformation initiatives with the total strength of 150+ team members across the globe

Requirements

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Azure DevOps Engineer with over 4+  years of experience, specializing in Terraform, Azure services, YAML-based pipelines and monitoring solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining secure, scalable, and automated cloud infrastructure and applications on the Azure platform. A strong understanding of DevOps principles, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and cloud-native services is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and YAML scripting.
• Implement and maintain secure and scalable cloud infrastructure using Terraform on Microsoft Azure.

• Manage and optimize Azure resources, including Azure Data Factory (ADF), API Management (APIM), Azure App Service, Function App, Azure Search Service, Log Analytics, and related services.

• Configure and troubleshoot networking components including virtual networks, subnets, Application Gateway, Private Endpoints, firewalls and NSGs.

• Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Azure Monitor, Grafana etc.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for infrastructure, applications, and monitoring configurations.

• Proactively monitor and analyze system performance, availability, and reliability to identify and resolve issues.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, architects, and security teams to ensure successful project delivery.

• Implement and enforce security best practices for infrastructure security, scalability and high availability.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Azure DevOps and Terraform.

• Strong understanding of DevOps principles, CI/CD pipelines, and automation practices.

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform and ARM templates.

• Proficiency with containerization technologies like Docker; Kubernetes knowledge is plus.
• Good understanding of Azure services including App Services, Functions, Logic Apps, Azure SQL Database, and Azure Networking.
• Knowledge of cloud security best practice and compliance standards.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
