Role Overview:

We're looking for a Product Manager who can own and optimize the user conversion funnel, enhance retention through delightful product experiences, and drive growth through innovative features. You'll work closely with design, tech, and business teams to turn insights into impactful product initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and optimize the end-to-end conversion funnel — from first user touchpoint to paid conversion.
  • Identify drop-off points and design experiments (A/B tests, UX improvements, nudges) to improve conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to craft intuitive, emotionally resonant, and engaging user journeys.
  • Ideate and define new product features to enhance user retention, engagement, and satisfaction.
  • Work closely with growth, marketing, and astrologer teams to understand user behavior, feedback, and market gaps.
  • Use data-driven insights (Mixpanel, GA, CleverTap, etc.) to prioritize initiatives and measure feature success.
  • Collaborate with engineers to ensure high-quality, timely feature releases.
  • Maintain and communicate a clear product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Stay updated with astrology, spirituality, and live consultation trends to bring fresh perspectives into the product.

What We're Looking For:

  • 2–3 years of product experience in a B2C app, preferably in consumer tech, marketplaces, or growth-focused startups.
  • Hands-on understanding of UX/UI design thinking — ability to translate user needs into intuitive designs and flows.
  • Strong analytical skills — experience with data tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics, SQL preferred).
  • Experience running A/B tests, funnel analyses, and retention experiments.
  • A knack for understanding user psychology and digital behavior — especially first-time user journeys.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills — ability to align diverse teams (design, tech, business).
  • Bias for action and outcome — someone who thrives in fast-paced, iterative environments.
  • Bonus: Experience in astrology, spirituality, or wellness apps (user or professional interest counts).
