About the Role

We are looking for a talented WordPress Developer to design, implement, and maintain high-quality websites and web applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of both front-end and back-end development within the WordPress ecosystem, including custom theme and plugin development, performance optimization, and security best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain responsive WordPress websites.
  • Customize existing themes and plugins or create new ones as needed.
  • Integrate APIs and third-party services to enhance site functionality.
  • Troubleshoot, test, and maintain websites for optimal performance.
  • Ensure site security, scalability, and speed optimization.
  • Collaborate with designers, content creators, and marketing teams to implement project requirements.
  • Perform regular updates, backups, and maintenance on WordPress sites.
  • Stay up to date with the latest WordPress trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a WordPress Developer (portfolio or sample projects required).
  • Strong knowledge of PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and MySQL.
  • Experience with custom theme and plugin development.
  • Familiarity with page builders (e.g., Elementor, WPBakery, Gutenberg).
  • Knowledge of SEO principles, website performance optimization, and security best practices.
  • Experience with version control tools like Git.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time
