A Purpose Driven Role for You

Your responsibilities will include the following but are not limited to:

1. DFM to confirm part mfg. feasibility & development
2. Engine Development & Verification including Dimensional & functional inspection & Verification of Sample & Lot
3. New Supplier Evaluation & Process Upgradation
4. Process Audit and validation

A Day in the Life

On a day-to-day basis, you will work on drawing study, DFMEA and benchmarking, new technology introduction, multi-level QAV.

Academic Qualification & Experience

1. B.E/ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
2. 5 years in Engine related development

Technical Skills/Knowledge

1. Development process knowledge, ability to read drawings, GD&T
2. Defect Analysis, PPAP, APQP & QC Tools
3. Hands-on experience in Inspection techniques & measuring instruments, CMM/Scanning/Vernier/Height Gauge/Bevel Protector/Profile Projector/Contour/Roughness tester, etc.
4. Understanding of 2W parts (Sheet Metal, Fabrication, Casting, Forging, Proprietary) manufacturing processes, development planning, layout, fixtures/tool/dies design approval and development
