Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop creative assets for digital campaigns, website, social media, infographics, marketing materials, presentations, and advertisements.
  • Create high-quality graphics for brand building, including brochures, banners, exhibition stands, and print collateral.
  • Ensure visual consistency across all communication channels in line with RackBank's branding guidelines.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to conceptualize and execute engaging design solutions.
  • Handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining design quality.
  • Work closely with the web development team to design UI elements and graphic assets for landing pages or portals.
  • Create motion graphics or short animated videos for campaigns, if required.

Required Skills:

  • 4–5 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in tech, IT, or B2B environments.
  • Strong command of
    Adobe Creative Suite

.
- Experience in
motion graphics

and basic
video editing

is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in visual storytelling, layout design, typography, and branding principles.
- Working knowledge of UI design tools like
Figma

or
Adobe XD

is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality work with minimal supervision.
