Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative full-time, in-house Copywriter to join our team at Posidex Technologies in Hyderabad, India. In this role, the ideal candidate should have impeccable communication skills, a minimum of 2 years of solid writing experience, and expertise in developing multiple formats of marketing content.

The team member will play a pivotal role in crafting content strategies, creating content, and adapting it to digital requirements across various channels and media. As a member of the creative team, the copywriter will write and edit content for a variety of projects (including print, web, mobile, video, and social media), working closely with the marketing and design teams to brainstorm ideas, develop concepts, and articulate messaging. Thorough research and interviews are required for every clients industry, products, services, branding, and marketing. The most successful candidate will be a quick learner who has a versatile writing style.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies aligned with Posidex's digital marketing goals and objectives
• Content Writing: Interpret creative briefs to develop concepts for execution with assigned product and geography
• Research: Understand a geo needs and target audiences, through online searches, reviews of existing research, interviews with subject-matter experts
• Multi-Format Content Creation: Produce high-quality written content, including blog posts, articles, whitepapers, case studies, reports, and thought leadership pieces. Additionally, create content in various formats such as videos, infographics, podcasts, webinars, and more
• Impeccable Writing: Exhibit excellent writing skills with a keen eye for grammar, style, and clarity
• AI Tools: Utilize AI tools for content generation and augmentation, ensuring the content remains original and valuable
• Plagiarism Safeguards: Write original copy and edit content for a range of marketing and communications materials. Implement safeguards against plagiarism to maintain content integrity
• Content Optimization: Ensure that all content is optimized for search engines (SEO) to improve organic visibility
• Channel-specific Adaptation: Customize content for various digital channels, including websites, blogs, social media, email marketing, and more
• Content Distribution: Develop and execute content distribution strategies to reach target audiences effectively
• Analytics and Performance: Monitor and analyze the performance of content across digital channels and adjust strategies accordingly
• Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to inform content development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of solid writing experience
• Impeccable communication skills with a strong command of the English language
• Proficiency in using AI tools for content generation and augmentation
• Strong knowledge of plagiarism detection and safeguards
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Proficiency in SEO and content optimization techniques
