Amazon FreeRTOS preferable or any RTOS experience MUST Experience with Various sensor integration with MCU - MUST Common peripheral experience (UART, SPI, I2C, ADC, RS485) AWS IOT ecosystem understanding and impact of various components on Device firmware. Code quality practices like static analysis, complexity analysis. Code Documentation like Doxygen, Confluence Code & Task Mgmt tools: Jira, Git Good Debugging & Analytical skills
