We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Analyst Contract Management to support the end-to-end execution of contract agreements for new clients and renewals. This role will require close collaboration with internal stakeholders such as Business Development, Business Operations, Legal, and Finance teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of contract processes.

The individual will also be responsible for preparing and sharing periodic MIS reports and dashboards with senior management to provide visibility into contract performance and status. Additionally, the individual shall be trained on Contract life cycle management tool like Contractzy to track and monitor the progress of the contract execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Stakeholder Collaboration

  2. Act as a point of contact between internal teams for contract-related queries and updates.

  3. Maintain a clear communication channel to ensure smooth execution and reduce delays.

  4. Cross functional collaboration with internal teams as in Legal, Business Heads, BD teams and external teams i.e., client

  5. MIS & Reporting

  6. Prepare and circulate weekly, monthly and quarterly MIS reports and dashboards on contract status, renewals, and expirations.

  7. Highlight insights based on MIS of agreements tracker, enabling senior management to take appropriate actions.
  8. Maintain up-to-date contract data & tracker for audit and compliance purposes.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (data tracking, reporting, dashboards).
  • Good knowledge of MS PowerPoint for executive presentations.
  • Strong verbal and written communication.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, BE
  • 0–2 years of experience in contract management, operations, or a similar role
  • Understanding of contract lifecycle management is a plus.
