Designer (Bottomwear)

Position: Designer (Bottomwear)

Experience: 3-4 Years in menswear Required

Education: Coursework in Fashion design (preferably NIFT)

Location: Head Office (Lower Parel)

Role & responsibilities :

• Should have knowledge of pattern making and technical specs of a menswear Bottoms/Blazers: Denims, Chinos, Formal Trousers, Blazers
• Should be able to take a development sample from idea to completion with all relevant follow up in between Design team and factory.
• Will have to work on the product development of the new categories
• Should have worked on Bottom wear categories and understand the spec chart.
• Should have an understanding of fabrics, weaves, patterns.
• Should be able to create tech packs/spec sheets
• Should understand colors and trends and research.
• Should be able to source trims and fabrics as per requirement with the sourcing team

Preferred candidate profile :

• Should have software skills Photoshop, Illustrator, Excel.
• Good communication skills and enthusiastic for projects.
• Good team worker
• Good at time management
• Should be enthusiastic to take on new projects.
