Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop responsive websites that work across devices and browsers.
  • Conceptualizing and creating visually appealing graphic elements for print and digital media.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure design implementation is seamless.
  • Optimize website design elements for speed, performance, and usability.
  • Maintain and update websites to reflect current design trends and functionality.
  • Improve user experience (UX) through design enhancements and user feedback.
  • Ensure design consistency with branding guidelines.
  • Implement best practices for website navigation, accessibility, and mobile responsiveness.
  • Troubleshoot design issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest web design trends, tools, and technologies.
  • Test and ensure websites are visually appealing, functional, and user-friendly.
  • Create graphics, icons, and other visual elements for websites.
  • Work with marketing teams to ensure design aligns with brand messaging.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop).
  • Strong understanding of HTML and CSS.
  • Experience in UX/UI design and responsive web design.
  • Knowledge of web performance optimization and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing web design projects.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of JavaScript (optional).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18, ₹30,000.00 per month
