We are seeking a skilled and motivated Python Developer to join our team. As a full-time Python Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient applications while applying best practices in coding and software development. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to real-world projects, take ownership of development tasks, and grow within a dynamic and innovative environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain Python-based applications and solutions.
  • Write clean, scalable, and efficient code following coding standards.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
  • Implement secure and maintainable code using best practices.
  • Conduct unit testing and participate in integration/system testing.
  • Contribute to architecture discussions and propose innovative solutions.
  • Participate in code reviews to maintain high-quality standards across the codebase.
  • Maintain and document software functionalities.
  • Support junior developers and provide mentorship when required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong proficiency in Python programming language.
  • Experience with Python web frameworks such as Django or Flask.
  • Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Hands-on experience with databases (SQL, PostgreSQL, or MySQL).
  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage tasks independently as well as work effectively in a team.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of professional experience in Python development.
  • Experience with version control systems like Git.
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, , My SQL, React/Angular is a plus).
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) or DevOps tools.
  • Knowledge of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
