About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented professional to join our
2-Wheeler Assembly Plant
team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in
assembly line operations, production management, and quality control
within the
two-wheeler/scooter manufacturing industry
.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end
    assembly operations
    for 2-wheeler scooters.
  • Ensure
    production targets
    and
    quality standards
    are consistently achieved.
  • Monitor
    process flow
    , identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements.
  • Coordinate with design, R&D, and supply chain teams for smooth operations.
  • Maintain compliance with
    ISO, TS, and other quality standards
    .
  • Lead and mentor assembly line teams to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Prepare daily and monthly reports on production and quality performance.

Qualification & Skills:

  • B.Tech / M.Tech
    in Mechanical / Automobile / Production Engineering (Mandatory)
  • MBA in Operations Management
    (Preferred)
  • 8–10 years of experience in
    2-wheeler assembly plant operations
  • Strong knowledge of
    Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and Quality Tools (5S, Six Sigma)
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
  • Must be an
    immediate joiner
