About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team. In this role, you will be crucial in maintaining financial records and ensuring smooth financial transactions.

Job Responsibilities

General Ledger Management:

  • Record transactions and maintain accuracy in the general ledger.
  • Reconcile bank statements and financial accounts weekly.
  • Ensure timely filing and execution of tax payments and returns.

  • Accounts Payable:

  • Process vendor invoices and ensure timely, accurate payments.
  • Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies.
  • Accounts Receivable:
  • Generate and send client invoices and statements.
  • Follow up on overdue payments and maintain accurate records.
  • Financial Reporting:
  • Close books and prepare monthly financial reports.
  • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Audit Assistance:
  • Support auditors and provide the necessary documentation.
  • Implement audit recommendations and improvements.

Skills and Requirements:

  • CA qualification required.
  • Experience with Tally for invoicing and notes.
  • Strong background in finance and accounting.
  • Practical knowledge of accounting and taxation.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills.
