You will architect scalable data solutions, power cross-functional insights, and automate critical workflows to drive strategic decisions across the organization.

This role is mission-critical in ensuring that DaMENSCH's rapid growth is backed by high-fidelity data intelligence and real-time decision support. Key ResponsibilitiesData Engineering and Automation:Build and optimize robust ETL pipelines using Python, Advanced SQL, and Apache Airflow. Manage data extraction and transformation from diverse sources using secure SSH protocols.

Architect workflows that ensure data availability, scalability, and security. Business Intelligence and Visualization:Develop intuitive, scalable, and insightful dashboards and reports using Power BI (mandatory). Democratize data through self-serve dashboards, ensuring business users can access real-time insights.

Advanced Analytics:Solve complex business problems using structured analytics approaches and predictive modeling. Conduct cohort analyses, funnel optimizations, customer segmentation, and operational efficiency deep dives. Collaboration & Influence:Work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Finance, Product, Supply Chain) to translate business needs into analytical solutions.

Influence business strategies through data storytelling and actionable recommendations.Governance and Best Practices:Enforce data quality, security, and compliance protocols across all datasets and platforms. Establish and evangelize best practices for data-driven decision-making.

Must-Have Qualifications2-5 years of hands-on analytics experience in a high-growth D2C, ecommerce, or technology environment. Expertise in Python for data wrangling, analysis, and automation. Advanced proficiency in SQL (including complex queries, optimization, and data architecture).

Experience designing and managing workflows in Apache Airflow. Proficiency with SSH and managing remote server environments. Power BI expertise is mandatory — should be able to build scalable dashboards, manage datasets, and optimize performance.

Strong foundational knowledge of databases (BigQuery, Redshift, Snowflake preferred). Highly analytical mindset with strong business acumen and structured problem-solving skills. Preferred PlusExperience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.

Familiarity with APIs, JSON handling, and real-time data integrations. Understanding of A/B testing, statistical modeling, and experimentation frameworks. Life @ DaMENSCHAt DaMENSCH, impact trumps hours.
