Role Description

We are seeking an experienced
UI/UX Designer
with a strong technical foundation and a passion for user-centric design. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience creating seamless user journeys across web and mobile platforms and collaborating closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end
    UI/UX design
    for web and mobile applications — from concept to final delivery.
  • Conduct
    user research, persona creation, and usability testing
    to inform design decisions.
  • Develop
    wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
    using tools like
    Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
    .
  • Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure
    design feasibility and consistency
    across platforms.
  • Create and maintain
    design systems, component libraries, and style guides
    .
  • Translate complex technical requirements into
    intuitive, user-friendly interfaces
    .
  • Stay current with
    design trends, interaction patterns, and accessibility standards
    (WCAG compliance).
  • Work with front-end engineers to ensure
    pixel-perfect UI implementation
    using
    React, Angular, or similar frameworks
    .

Technical Skills Required

  • Proficiency in
    Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop
    .
  • Strong knowledge of
    HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
    , and familiarity with responsive frameworks (e.g.,
    Bootstrap, Tailwind
    ).
  • Experience collaborating with
    front-end development teams
    using design handoff tools like
    Zeplin or Figma Inspect
    .
  • Understanding of
    Design Thinking, User-Centered Design (UCD)
    , and
    Agile/Scrum methodologies
    .
  • Familiarity with
    prototyping, motion design, and micro-interactions
    using tools such as
    Framer, Principle, or After Effects
    .

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in
    Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field
    .
  • Minimum of
    5 years of hands-on experience
    in UI/UX design for digital products or SaaS applications.
  • A strong
    portfolio
    showcasing innovative and user-focused design solutions.
