Job Description for Senior Business Analyst:

Domain: Banking and Fintech

• We are looking for a Business Analyst - SME (Subject Matter Expert) to Run workshops, BRD, FSD for banking and Domestic payments domain.
• Should have strong expertise in technical and functional knowledge in Banking - Domestic Payments.
• Person should have 8+ years plus experience and should have knowledge of Desktop, API, Mobile and Payment hand off related areas. Ready to work on big / small solutions.
• Candidates with experience in core banking platforms like Finacle,Retail,Payment flow like NEFT/IMPS/RTGS/A2A or similar systems. They should understand the architecture, functionalities, and modules of these systems with end to end flows.
• person will be responsible for running workshops with clients to understand requirements, finalising BRD / FSD with internal and external stakeholders, doing  commercial and effort estimation, support till production.
• In this role, a person should have a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills.
• Domain Knowledge:Understanding of banking operations, processes, and regulatory requirements of banking solutions.
• Problem-solving Skills: Assess their ability to analyze complex problems, troubleshoot issues, and propose efficient solutions within the context of core banking applications.
• Communication and Collaboration: Good communication skills are important for collaborating with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to gather requirements and deliver solutions effectively.
• Continuous Learning: Look for candidates who demonstrate a willingness to stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in the banking and financial services industry.
