Job Overview

Narayana Infra is seeking a talented and creative Cinematographer to join our team in Hyderabad/Secunderabad. As a mid-level professional, you will work full-time to produce visually compelling content that exemplifies our real estate projects. With up to 6 years of experience, the ideal candidate will contribute significantly to our marketing and branding initiatives through innovative cinematography.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Camera operation skills with extensive experience in handling professional cameras for real estate or architectural subjects. (Mandatory skill)
  • Proficiency in lighting techniques to ensure every shot is visually engaging and highlights architectural features effectively.
  • Expertise in drone cinematography for capturing aerial perspectives of large real estate projects and landscapes.
  • Strong knowledge of color grading to enhance footage quality and establish a signature look consistent with brand standards.
  • Demonstrated ability in lens selection and focal length management to achieve desired compositions and visual storytelling.
  • Experience in project management, ensuring filming schedules are met and deliverables are produced on time and within budget.
  • Background in real estate videography, with an ability to translate property features into attractive video narratives for investors and buyers.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with marketing, sales, and project managers on content strategies and executions.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Shoot, direct, and edit high-quality video content showcasing residential and commercial projects, emphasizing their unique selling points.
  • Coordinate with project managers and the marketing team to plan and execute video shoots based on company needs and real estate project timelines.
  • Utilize advanced drone technology for aerial shots that display project scale, location, and amenities to prospective investors and buyers.
  • Apply expert camera operation and lighting to achieve visually compelling compositions that enhance each propertys presentation.
  • Manage the video production process from concept to delivery, overseeing each stage to ensure top-notch output and brand alignment.
  • Conduct post-production activities, including color grading and editing, to refine and polish project videos for final release.
  • Maintain and care for all cinematography equipment, ensuring readiness and performance for scheduled shoots.
  • Stay updated with cinematography trends and techniques relevant to real estate, integrating innovative approaches into projects.
