Job Description Summary

The Senior Web Developer will be responsible for building user interface solutions (responsive web design) by developing, implementing and maintaining Internet applications and leading a team of

developers. Candidates must have strong verbal, written communication, web programming skills,

software development fundamentals, Object-Oriented Design (OOD), software debugging and technical

leadership.

  • Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers.

  • Work closely with back-end developers to integrate front-end components seamlessly.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our applications are modern and responsive.
  • Knowledge of Search Engine Optimization process.
  • Hands-on experience with network diagnostics, network analytics tools.
  • Implementation of security and data protection.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 5 or more years experience as a Web Developer with a focus on and
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
  • In-depth knowledge of and its core principles.
  • Familiarity with and its features for server-side rendering and routing.
  • Experience with popular state management libraries (e.g., Redux).
  • Solid understanding of HTML5 and CSS3, including responsive design principles.
  • Understanding differences between multiple delivery platforms, such as mobile vs. desktop, and optimizing output to match the specific platform.
  • Knowledge of modern front-end build pipelines and tools.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
  • Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.

The candidate should have extremely good communication skills and should be able to drive technical discussions with partners and vendors.
